By using BUDGIX, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. License of Use

BUDGIX is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices owned or controlled by you for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from the developer.

2. Data Responsibility

All data entered into BUDGIX is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. The developer is not liable for any loss, corruption, or accidental deletion of data. If future versions introduce optional cloud features (e.g., iCloud sync), they will be clearly disclosed and remain under your control.

3. In-App Purchases

BUDGIX may offer optional in-app purchases, such as tips or subscriptions, to support continued development. All purchases are final and handled by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not store or process any payment information.

4. Limitation of Liability

BUDGIX is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While efforts are made to ensure accuracy and reliability, the developer is not responsible for any financial decisions made using the app or any resulting loss or damages.

5. Updates and Compatibility

The developer may release updates to BUDGIX to improve performance, add new features, or fix issues. While every effort will be made to maintain compatibility with future versions of macOS, changes introduced by Apple may occasionally impact functionality. If such issues arise, we will make reasonable efforts to investigate and release updates that restore compatibility in a timely manner.

6. Termination

The license to use BUDGIX may be terminated if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete it from your device.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and source code associated with BUDGIX are the intellectual property of the developer. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Any changes will be communicated through the app or on our official website. Continued use of BUDGIX after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Apple Standard Terms of Use

BUDGIX follows Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for apps distributed through the Mac App Store.
